简介

本规范规定了半导体器件总的要求，详细要求和具体特性在详细规范中的规定。本规范规定了四个等级的 产品保证要求，分别有磁头JAN(普军级)，JANTX(特军级)，JANTXV(超特军级)和JANS(宇航级)。对JANTXV 和JANS这两个产品保证等级，还规定四个辐射强度保证等级。分别用字母M、D、R和H标志并放在产品保证 等级标志词头的后面。百万分率(PPM)用来报告按本规范提供的半导体分立器件的平均出厂质量并形成文 件，但LAN级器件对新设计不起作用的器件除外。在制造过程中需要统计过程控制(SPC)技术，按本规范要 求提供的半导体分立器件的生产过程中的变化减至最小。
